Tammy St. Louis, NP CFMP Integrated Nurse Practitioner
Tammy St Louis is an Integrative Nurse Practitioner who practises using a combination of functional and conventional medicine in order to help people live healthier lives. Her focus is general health for both males and females, with a special interest in health prevention and longevity. She believes that people hold the power to change their health span and she provides actionable, evidence based healthcare to help them do this. Tammy grew up in Spruce Grove, AB and has lived in the Tri area with her family for many years. She is passionate about improving the health of the community and believes it is never too late to change your health story.
Tammy has over ten years of Nursing experience. Most recently, she obtained her Master of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019 and added her certification in functional medicine through Functional Medicine University in 2023. She has worked in Primary Care in a Nurse Practitioner Led Clinic as well as at the University of Alberta in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Cancer. Tammy graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science as a Registered Nurse in 2013 and worked in perioperative nursing.
Tammy’s additional education and certifications include a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Alberta (2004) and Precision Nutrition Certification Level 1(2020). Tammy is also proud to be a founding member and active participant with CanDASHA, Canadian Society for the Development, Aid, and Sustainable Health Abroad. She volunteers on the executive and has attended several medical and humanitarian trips to La Paz, Bolivia.
