Donna Hayes

Office Administrator

Donna has been an integral part of the Back on Track team for over 6 years. She came to us with a long background in office administration and is highly skilled in scheduling, patient record management, customer service, insurance submissions and payment reconciliation.

When not at the clinic, Donna spends quality time with her family (including her 3 Grandsons!), reading a book or gardening.

Upon arrival for your appointment, Donna will greet you, gather any necessary documents or insurance details and direct you to your treatment room.

Rachael Mildenberger

Office Administrator

Rachael has been a member of the Back On Track team for 1 year. Although a short time, she comes to us from a Veterinary Office Administration background and brings with her an extensive knowledge in administration and organization.

Outside of the clinic, Rachael enjoys volunteering at her local youth group, reading, cross-stitching, camping and being with her family and friends.

She will greet you with a warm and welcoming smile, check you in and direct you to your treatment room.
