Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book our services. Some insurance plans may require a doctor’s referral to reimburse massage therapy, so check your plan if you intend to claim it.

Do you direct bill insurance?

Yes. Direct billing is available for eligible insurance plans. Coverage depends on your plan and the service booked.

What happens at my first chiropractic or physiotherapy appointment?

Our front-desk team will welcome you and confirm your paperwork and any insurance information. Your practitioner will listen to your story, assess your concerns, and provide treatment. Afterward, our front desk will help with billing and, if needed, scheduling your next visit. Most importantly, we hope you leave feeling that we truly understand why you came to us for care.

What should I bring or wear?

Just bring yourself. Comfortable clothing is ideal, but we can work with what you’re wearing and have gowns and shorts available if needed. Paperwork is generally completed online before your visit.

I’m not sure which service to book. Can you help?

Absolutely. Call (780) 962-2423 and speak with our front-desk team. They’re trained to answer your questions and can help identify which practitioner may be best suited to help you initially.

How long are appointments, and what do they cost?

Appointment lengths and prices depend on the service. Current pricing is shown on our online booking site.

How do I book?

Book online or call (780) 962-2423. Appointments with Dr. Jeff Cubos must be booked by phone.

Are you open Saturdays?

Appointments are available on select Saturdays by appointment only. Check online booking or call for availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. We understand that unexpected things happen; contact us as soon as you can if your plans change.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in front of the building, along First Avenue, and on McLeod Avenue.
