Ben works with athletes and people of all activity levels, developing individualized rehabilitation plans that combine education, manual therapy and exercise. He helps patients understand their injuries, build confidence in movement and return to activities that are meaningful to them.

By utilising an evidence-informed approach to rehab, Ben prioritises helping patients understand their injury, build confidence in their movement, and develop the knowledge and skills needed to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.

Ben enjoys helping a variety of patients, from athletes and general population to anyone looking to return to activities that are meaningful to them.

  • Bachelor of Kinesiology - University of Alberta

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Experience in Sport

Ben played for 6 years with the Edmonton Huskies of the CJFL as a defensive back and earned a conference all-star award for his play as a kick returner. He has experience with a variety of powerlifting and weightlifting movements in the gym and has trained for multiple long-distance running events.

Ben also has experience developing training programs as a strength and conditioning coach for athletes competing in a variety of sports and endurance events. These experiences in sport allow Ben to develop rehabilitation plans that understand the demands needed to return to sport and improve performance.
