Originally from Stony Plain, Dr. Ross completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine degrees from the University of Western States, where she graduated valedictorian of her class.

Dr. Ross believes that your goals are her goals. Her approach focuses on helping people understand what has happened and why, while giving them the tools and confidence to get back to doing what they love.

Through education, movement and rehabilitation, she aims to help patients trust their bodies, build resilience and keep moving throughout their lifetime.

Experience in Sport & Community

Dr. Ross has worked with athletes across a variety of sports and levels of competition, with particular experience in treating sport-related injuries.

She has served as part of the medical team for the Spruce Grove Saints and has a long-standing connection to sport in the community.

Dr. Ross is also active in the community, providing educational presentations to parent and maternal health groups. She strives to be a resource for new parents, helping them navigate this stage of life and liaising with other healthcare professionals and community resources when appropriate.

Having grown up in the area, she is committed to making a lasting impact on the community she calls home.
