Dr. Jeff Cubos
BPHE, MSc, DC, FRCCSS(C)
Chiropractic Sports Specialist
Originally from Toronto, Dr. Cubos holds degrees in Physical Education and Kinesiology. As a Chiropractic Sports Specialist, he has spent more than two decades working in sport at the community, international and professional levels.
Approach to Care
Dr. Cubos’ approach to care is built around understanding the person in front of him, not just the problem they present with. Assessment, education, movement and progressive rehabilitation all play a role, with treatment guided by what matters most to the individual and what they need to get back to.
His clinical work is informed by more than two decades of experience in sport and rehabilitation, but the approach remains practical: identify what is relevant, determine what matters, and help people move forward with a clearer understanding of their own health.
